Clear, nutty and still slightly yeasty, also fine-vegetable citrus pomaceous fruit nose with sweetish herbal notes reminiscent of basil. Juicy, quite firm, youthful and fresh fruit, lively, fine acidity and some grip, lemon zest on the palate, fresh herbs, salt and nutty hints in the background, relatively cool style, quite dense, hints of white-peppery spice, very good, taut, fine-juicy and mineral finish with herbal notes.
