Fairly firm, somewhat nutty, pomaceous fruit and citrus nose with delicate floral, tobacco and smoky nuances. Cool and fresh, finely juicy, tart fruit, lively, polished acidity, nutty, delicately yeasty and planty to herbaceous flavours, some citrus zest in the background, clear, light minerality, some depth, firm structure, also dense, very good, firm, fresh finish with cool juice, minerality and fine planty spice.
