Firm and quite deep, cool, slightly smoky nose with dense citrus and pome fruit aromas, very fine, yet distinct vegetal tones, certain minerality and nutty hints. Also dense in the mouth, tart and cool, vegetal, nutty and hints of yeasty flavours, very fine acidity, light grip, persistent on the palate, herbal nuances, very slightly ethereal, certain depth, still appears young, mineral foundation, very good, firm, tart finish with a little white pepper.
