Clear, polished, relatively cool nose with white and yellow fruity aromas, fresh vegetable and also a little floral tones, quite clear minerality and a hint of smoke. Firm, cool, tangy-juicy fruit, vegetable and a little nutty tones, very fine acidity and delicate touch, lasting, good substance, certain depth, again smoky nuances in the background, restrained power, very good, fine juicy, tight finish with salt, a touch of pepper and also vegetable spice
