Cool, firm and quite deep, a little floral and herbaceous-vegetal, delicately woody fragrance with youthful, bright yellow-fruity aromas, yeasty traces and minerality. Firm, light, a hint of warm fruit, yeasty, nutty and vegetable spice, fine acidity and crumbly tannins, good substance and persistence, minerality in the background, some touch, floral nuances, very good finish
