Firm, deep and multi-layered, somewhat yeasty and herbaceous, intensely mineral as well as delicately bacon and floral fragrance with very fine, rather citrusy yellow-fruity aromas and nutty hints. Taut, juicy, ripe, clear fruit, very fine, lively acidity, some touch and a little sweetish enamel, herbal, yeasty and peppery spicy tones, fine, lively acidity, dense and persistent, still young, excellent substance and depth, compact structure, very slightly warm, but also has almost ethereal cooling elements, clear minerality, very good, firm, complex reverberation
