2015 Süd-Steiermark Ratsch Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, fairly cool nose, green vegetal and tart herbaceous aromas, light earthy and prominent mineral notes, hint of green tobacco and bacon. Tart, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal aromas, some herbs and spices, earthy and delicate easty and nutty traces, more prominent salty mineral notes, persistent, very elegant acidity, good grip, still largely undeveloped, some depth, touch of elderflowers, hint of black berries, clear contours, very good firm finish. Needs time to develop.
