Firm nose, citrus fruit and green pomaceous fruit, grassy herbaceous and mineral notes, some gooseberry and elderberry flowers. Clear, firm and fiarly juicy fruit on the palate, citrus fruit and citrus zests, green berries and some green apples, lively, crisp acidity, good persistence, mineral notes, more gooseberries and elderberry in the background, prominent acid bite, very well balanced, very refreshing, just very slightly rough on a good finish.

Editor note: Fairly firm nose, some green berries, citrus fruit and elderberry, herbaceous and mineral notes, light grassy note. Clear, quite firm and bone dry on the palate, elegant, juicy fruit, prominent herbs and spices, grassy, vegetal notes, lively acidity, fairly persistent, mineral notes in the background, refreshing, very slightly sandy tannins, good finish.
