Polished on the palate, elegant and fairly tranquil, delicate, supple, preserved Mediterranean fruit, some preserved pears and apples, delicate herbaceous notes, hint of rosewood, apricot jam and lemon sage in the background, integrated acidity, very slightly tart and bitter, elegant and absolutely clean, very typical of the varietal, very good long finish.
