Very complex nose, deep and minerally, lemon grass, candied lemons, some peaches and gooseberries. Full-bodied, sweetish and very juicy on the palate, ripe juicy fruit, herbs and spices, some more lemon grass, very elegant acidity, quite creamy, prominent mineral notes, some elderberry, excellent substance and depth, a little broad at this stage, definitely needs time, long finish.

Best to drink: 2012-2018+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Cool, quite deep nose, partly candied citrus fruit and apricots, herbs and spices, mineral notes, invigorating. Firm, supple and very juicy on the palate, delicately sweet ripe fruit, very elegant, lively acidity provides backbone, prominent herbs and spices, more sugar candy, very persistent, firm and deep, quite a lot of cool mineral notes in the background, still young, very long finish.
