2005 Süd-Steiermark Ried Nussberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Initially slightly sweet on the nose, melons with just a hint of honey, then develops herbs and spices, green vegetal notes, ripe pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus fruit, some spicy mineral notes in the background. Prominent vegetal notes on the palate, but also has citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of melon, very elegant acidity, very creamy, beginning to show some maturity, herbaceous notes and slightly tart mineral notes, good persistence, quite full-bodied, good ifnish.
