Rather calm, warm pome fruit nose with nutty aromas, restrained woody hints as well as vegetal and floral nuances. Tart, firm, restrained fruit, clearly vegetal tones, some nutty and light woody tones as well as a little smoke, suitable acidity, present, somewhat drying tannin, floral aromas on the palate, a little white pepper, some persistence, a lot of power and alcohol, slightly rustic type, salt in the background, very good, albeit somewhat drying, again strong alcohol finish.
