Slightly muted nose, elegant spice, partly dried pomaceous fruit, light earthy notes, delicate hint of bread, nutty traces. Gentle, delicately sweet, partly preserved and partly candied pomaceous fruit on the palate, delicate herbaceous and mineral notes, light earthy notes, integrated acidity, has substance, traditional style, fairly mature, but still needs time, has some substance, light bitter and herbaceous traces on a good to very good finish.
