Fairly shy, but persistent nose, ripe apples, preserved citrus fruit, some hibiscus and herbs. Fairly tranquil on the palate, cool, persistent, still slightly closed, but already complex fruit, pomaceous fruit and herbs, dried citrus zests and some lime, mineral notes in the background, light tannic touch, integrated acidity provides backbone, firm and quite substantial, but nor heavy, slightly bitter on a long finish.
