Fairly cool, mineral nose, with sour cherries, some red berries and herbaceous notes. Cool and tart again on the palate, firmly structured, present acidity and slightly sandy tannins, dark roasted aromas, mineral notes in the background, fairly creamy, slightly rustic style, tart finish slightly dominated by acidity. Needs time to develop.
