2020 Neuburger trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, slightly mushroomy and hints of bacon aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of nut butter. Straightforward fruit with a delicately sweet melt, some light wood aromas and a hint of black berries, lively acidity, moderate tannin, good persistence, pepper, tobacco and yellow spice in the background, despite all power also fresh aromas, salty and earthy tones in the very good, slightly warm finish.
