2013 Blaufränkisch trocken Umriss, Burgenland, Austria

Nutty-woody and somewhat tobacco, also very slightly greasy scent of sour cherries and dark berries with floral traces and hints of juniper. Clear, straightforward, elegantly juicy dark fruit with fine tannins and some bite, again quite nutty oak with cocoa notes, good persistence, a hint of pomegranate and citrus zest, mineral traces, good to very good finish.
