2011 trocken Cabernet-Merlot 1000x, Burgenland, Austria

Translate to English Fest gewirkter, etwas nussig-holziger Duft nach eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und Kirschen mit getrocknet-floralen Nuancen, ein wenig rotem Paprika und getrockneten Tomaten, einer Spur Tabak sowie erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Sehr klare, saftige, geschliffene Frucht, feine, noch jugendliche Tannine, ein wenig nussiges und zart schokoladiges Holz, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, feiner Biss und Griff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, wieder auch getrockneter roter Paprika und getrocknete Tomaten, ausgezeichnete Balance, wirkt bei aller Kraft relativ kühl, sehr guter, saftiger Abgang mit feiner Würze. Hat noch Zeit.
