2008 trocken Solitaire, Burgenland, Austria

Cherries and mixed berries on the nose, light roasted and herbaceous notes, peppery, earthy and mineral notes. Cool, tart, juicy and quite firm on the palate, herbaceous notes, some spicy new oak, earthy and mineral notes in the background, fine, sandy, predominantly mature tannins, persistent, medium body and good depth, elegant bite, refreshing, very harmonious, very lively, juicy finish.
