2021 Südsteiermark DAC Ried Pössnitzberg Chardonnay Grosse STK Ried trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Clear, quite fine, very polished, noble citrus scent with pome and stone fruit aromas, floral traces, a hint of fresh butter, delicate floral nuances, very fine white fish tones, as well as restrained, nutty barrel tones. Quite fresh, juicy, again polished fruit, fine vegetal and delicately nutty flavours, hints of smoke, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, has melting and quite power, warm and cool elements, in the background chalky-stony and salty minerality, hints of floral, a hint of dark berries, very good, at the same time firm and melting finish with light flowers.
