Firm and deep, complex, somewhat tobacco-like, herbaceous and finely flavoured nose of bright yellow fruit with a hint of lardo, lime and nuances reminiscent of black garlic. Polished, firm, juicy fruit with herbal spice, fine root vegetables and hints of smoke, lively yet fine acidity, dense and persistent, good depth, clear minerality, a hint of scallops and blackcurrant leaves on a very good to long, animating finish.
