Firm, dense and deep, multi-layered herbaceous-vegetable citrus nose with fine pome and stone fruit aromas, floral nuances, distinct minerality and traces of smoke and tobacco. Dense, rather cool, juicy, noble, very dry fruit with very fine vegetal notes reminiscent of avocado, also a little vegetal spiciness, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent and deep on the palate, peppery traces, clear, light minerality, mussel and crab meat in the background, small wild berries, ethereal spice, reminiscent of wasabi, multi-layered, still undeveloped, very good to long finish.
