Cool, firm and deep, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with a hint of green berries and hints of celery and spring onions. Polished, firm, bright fruit with delicately creamy, wild herbs, a hint of meadow flowers and rhubarb, fine acidity, dense and persistent, salty minerality, smoke again, hints of barrel wood in the background, good depth, very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
