Firm, multi-layered, somewhat floral, herbal, nutty and hints of smoky bacon aroma of yellow fruits with fine vegetal aromas, minerality and a hint of butter. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with a hint of yellow spice, fennel and black berries, very fine acidity, lots of grip of ripe tannin, good persistence, certain depth, some light wood in the background, hints of sage, has power, almost stony minerality, very good, grippy and animating finish again with fresh buttery hints.
