Firm and deep, somewhat smoky, nutty and finely vegetal aroma of yellow fruits with a hint of red berries and dry herbs, light wood as well as nuances reminiscent of butter and chalk. Polished, firm, almost cool citrus fruit with delicate melting, slightly nutty-woody aromas as well as a hint of fennel, fine acidity, has some grip, dense and persistent, rather dark, almost stony minerality, certain depth, has power, very good to long finish with traction.
