Quite firm and deep, somewhat yellow-spicy, nutty, mushroomy and hints of bacon aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a little green berries, smoky tones, light wood and slightly ethereal-herbal nuances. Ripe, firm, delicately melting fruit with a hint of dark berries, very fine acidity, distinct tannic grip, dense and persistent, good depth, hints of menthol and caramel, quite distinct minerality, has power, very good to long, animating finish with nutty-woody flavours.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
