Translate to English Kühle, deutlich vegetabile und fein-kräuterige Nase mit grün- und gelbfruchtigen Nuancen, hellen floralen Beitönen, einem Hauch grünen Pfeffers, Kapern, hefigen Nuancen, etwas hellem Tabak und Mineralik. Fest und herb im Mund, zurückhaltende, helle Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen Noten und wieder ein wenig Pfeffer, präsente, sehr feine Säure und etwas Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, viel Griff, hefige Anklänge im Hintergrund, deutliche Mineralik, wirkt noch völlig unentwickelt, deutet aber schon Tiefe an, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit Noten weißen Pfeffers und Limette. Muss unbedingt reifen.
