2014 Süd-Steiermark Ried Pössnitzberg Chardonnay trocken STK Große Lage, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Cool, firm, finely vegetal nose with very light citrus-accentuated yellow-fruity aromas, some vegetable oil, a hint of butter and delicate, nutty barrel notes. Polished, finely juicy, again bright fruit, lively, fine acidity and delicate grip, artichokes, capers and broccoli on the palate, smoky and nutty traces, quite clear minerality, animating tart style with a fine bite, some depth, hints of fresh spring onions, still quite young, very good, firm finish.
