2020 Südsteiermark DAC Gamlitz Traminer trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Relatively cool, somewhat floral, herbal and lightly nutty scent of yellow fruits and a little white berries with slightly smoky and chalky hints. Youthful, still slightly yeasty, rather bright fruit with delicately sweet melting, a hint of lychee and some long pepper, lively acidity, hints of chalk and wax, light tannic grip and good persistence, a hint of lemon verbena and salt, good to very good, only a little muted finish.
