Translate to English Fester, nussig-holziger, eine Spur rauchiger und ein wenig vegetabiler Duft nach angetrocknetem Kernobst und Litschi mit feinen Aromen von getrockneten Blüten und Suppenkräutern, etwas Pfeffer, Moschus und deutlicher Mineralik. Auch im Mund ziemlich fest und bei aller Macht auch erstaunlich kühl, holzige und gewürzige Aromen, etwas Butter und Karamell, dazu wieder vegetabile Aromen und blanchierte Nüsse, sehr feine Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, im Hintergrund ziemlich mineralisch und einen Hauch tabakig, gewisse Röstung, noch immer jung, gute Tiefe, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
