Firm, smoky and dried-vegetable aroma with tart yellow-fruity flavours and a certain wood spice. Ripe, tart, somewhat warm and melting fruit, again smoky wood notes on the palate, dried-vegetable to slightly tobacco flavours, persistent on the palate, fine acidity and grip of ripe tannin, a hint of avocado and also black pepper in the background, stony-mineral hints, noticeable alcohol, very good, firm, juicy and spicy finish.
