Light lactic and creamy notes on the nose, light vegetal notes and a hint of button mushrooms, restrained yellow fruit. Both sweet and tart spicy notes on the palate at the same time, restrained fruit, mushrooms and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, light tannic touch, not particularly deep, good finish
