2006 Zweigelt trocken Reserve, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Reductive nose with very light animal traces, with aeration straightforward and compact nose, ripe, dried red berries, some dark chocolate and undergrowth. Fairly firm on the palate, straightforward, clean berry fruit, hint of cherries and blood oranges, delicate herbaceous and mineral notes in the background, integrated tannins, quite elegant, cool, with noticeable alcohol on a good finish.
