Tart, firm, nutty and clearly yeasty, also slightly bready nose with restrained pomaceous fruit and citrus aromas, vegetal to herbaceous notes, orange blossom and a hint of tobacco. Tart, again relatively tightly knit, smoky fruit with nutty and bacony aromas, lots of yeast, again bready aromas and herbal-vegetable hints, good persistence, a hint of tobacco in the background, fine, quite lively mousseux, has grip, some depth, peppery nuances, hints of vegetal spiciness, very good, firm finish with tension.
