Yeasty nose, prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, hint of mushrooms. Clear, elegant, juicy, slightly off-dry fruit on the palate, fairly fine mousse, noticeable acid bite, fairly persistent, yeasty and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes, some grip, touch of lime, prominent acid bite on a good to very good, firm finish.
