Clear, polished, rather fine citrus pome fruit nose with delicately herbal-vegetal and floral nuances as well as some minerality in the background. Tight, fine-juicy, again quite noble fruit, very fine, polished acidity and some grip, moderate smoky and nutty wood notes, vegetal traces, persistent on the palate, restrained power, distinct minerality, has elegance and finesse, very good, tight, fine-juicy as well as slightly nutty and smoky finish with a touch of butter. Very skilful.
