Slightly nutty, herbal-vegetable and a hint of floral pomaceous fruit aroma with citrus nuances and almondy notes. Ripe, quite juicy, bright fruit, yeasty and nutty aromas, a little red berries on the palate, also floral nuances, delicately creamy, fine acidity and hints of crumbly tannin, a hint of butter caramel, certain zesty tones, increasingly chalky and salty notes, very slightly drying on a very good finish.
