Slightly cloudy. Rather tart, somewhat smoky and bacony, vegetal to dried herbaceous and hint of undergrowth on the nose, more dark than red berries, hint of stone fruit and dried flowers, hint of wasabi. Clear, tart, juicy citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of pepper, paprika and grapefruit, lively acidity, delicate carbonic acid, has some grip and persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish.
