Fairly tart nose, prominent vegetal notes reminiscent of root vegetables, restrained yellow fruit, earthy and mineral notes. Dry, ripe, fairly creamy, partly candied fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal notes, lively acidity, light tannic grip, floral traces, hint of dark berries, medium body, hint of tobacco, very good finish.
