Translate to English Recht fester, etwas hefiger und nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, grün-vegetabilen Nuancen, ein wenig Kräutern und erdiger Mineralik. Feinsaftige, klare Frucht und etwas pflanzliche bis kräuterige Würze, nussige Aromen, feine, recht lebendige Säure, ein Hauch Paprika am Gaumen, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, zart süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch Biss, blanchierte Nüsse im Hintergrund, salzige Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
