Translate to English Deutlich grün-vetgetabile Nase mit viel Paprika, etwas Kräutern und Holunderblüte sowie gelb- und grünfruchtigen Aromen und mineralischen Anklängen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen, noch leicht hefig, sehr feine Säure, gewisse Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, etwas süßlicher Schmelz, aber auch Griff durch den leichten Gerbstoff, zart erdig-mineralische Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
