Translate to English Straffer Brennesselduft mit Zitrus- und Quittenaromen, erdiger Mineralik, etwas Paprika, Rosmarin und einem Hauch Speck. Klare, herbe Frucht im Mund, wieder brennesselartige pflanzliche Würze, lebendige Säure, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Kraft und Schmelz, aber auch viel Griff, etwas Tiefe, zeigt klar Herkunft, sehr guter, schmelziger und würziger Abgang mit herbem Saft und Mineralik.
