2008 Süd-Steiermark Ried Einöd Sauvignon Blanc trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Fairly intense nose, light grassy and green vegetal notes, peas, star fruit, some elderberry flowers, very ripe apples, herbaceous and mineral notes. Very clear, elegant, juicy and slightly creamy fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, extremely elegant, lively acidity, vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes in the background, full-bodied and lively, good depth, very good finish.

Very clear on the palate, elegant, juicy, polished fruit, extremely elegant but also gripping acidity, herbaceous and grassy notes, cool mineral notes, very fresh style and very refreshing, very good finish.
