2021 trocken Cuvée "Equinox 365", Burgenland, Austria

Somewhat peppery, herbal and tobacco aromas of black berries and a little cherry with a hint of bread crust and shiitake mushrooms. Polished, quite juicy fruit with a hint of citrus zest and tomato paste, noticeable acid bite, somewhat spicy and slightly roasted wood notes, present, somewhat sandy tannins, hints of coffee grounds and mint on a good finish.
