2019 trocken "vinum sine nomine", Burgenland, Austria

Firm, slightly cedary and tobacco aroma of ripe black berries with restrained wood spice and a hint of blood. Tart, juicy, tightly knit dark fruit with smoky, toasty wood spice, some dried planty to herbal aromas and taut, fine sandy tannins, minty tones in the background, a hint of pepper, cocoa and coffee notes, good depth, very good, juicy and toasty-spicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
