2003 Mittelburgenland Ried Goldberg Merlot trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Cherries and black berries on the nose, roasted and cool smoky notes, dried tomatoes and peppers. Smooth dark fruit on the palate, quite prominent roasted notes, quite fine tannins, full body, quite a cool style, mineral notes, very creamy, gecomes more harmonious with aeration, good finish.
