Ripe, dense, juicy fruit, not quite dry, but also with a lot of tart minerality and herbal spice, again smoky-mineral on the palate, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent, has power and a certain alcohol warmth, certain depth, fennel, black berry hints, a hint of root vegetables, very good, with air somewhat softening, sweetish finish, again with a lot of alcohol power.
