Developed, slightly nutty and clearly dried-vegetable to herbaceous, also slightly tobacco-like aroma of ripe yellow fruit with a hint of beeswax, a little mussel meat, yellow spice, floral nuances, hints of dark berries and minerality. Ripe, tightly knit, finely juicy fruit, lively, polished acidity, herbaceous and a hint of tobacco flavours, black berries again in the background, smoky nuances and clear minerality, slightly noticeable alcohol, dried vegetal tones, a hint of mint, very good finish with a delicate bitterness.
