2017 Leithaberg DAC Ried Marienthal Blaufränkisch trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Clear, firm and quite deep, a touch fleshy aroma of ripe red and black berries with cherry aromas, a little herbs and floral traces. Quite juicy, youthful, polished fruit, floral and slightly coffee-spicy aromas, very fine, ripe tannin, some bite, persistent on the palate, salty nuances in the background, a hint of smoke and pepper, has power, good depth, mineral notes, very good, quite firm, juicy and finely spicy finish
