Clear, firm and quite deep, surprisingly cool nose, ripe stone and pomaceous fruit, herbaceous and vegetal aromas, some citrus zest, courgette, nuts and mineral nuances. Ripe, juicy and dense, relatively sweet fruit with smoky and dried-vegetable to tobacco nuances, tart nutty notes, a little candy on the palate, yellow spice and hints of smoke, persistent on the palate, good depth and a lot of power, some acid bite, relatively dark spice, mineral notes, very good, firm, juicy, grippy and spicy finish with a certain warmth.
